What it costs and what is covered
No hourly surprises and no diagnostic that turns into an estimate you never saw.
The diagnostic
$129 flat. It covers the trip, the time to move the appliance where it needs moving, and the diagnosis. If you approve the repair, the $129 is credited toward it.
You get a written estimate before anything is opened up or ordered.
After the repair
90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
If the same fault returns inside the 90 days labour window we come back and there is no second diagnostic fee. The warranty page sets out both windows in full, including what falls outside them.
The same symptom is not the same job
An oven that will not hold temperature can be a sensor, an element, a door seal or a control board, and those four repairs are not close to each other in cost. Quoting one of them before the appliance has been looked at would only be a number chosen to sound good on a page.
What we will commit to in advance is the $129 and the written estimate. Everything after that is a decision you make with the figure already in front of you.
EPA Section 608 certified technicians. EPA Section 608 certification is the federal requirement for handling sealed-system refrigerant. It is held by our technicians and is not a manufacturer programme.
